Horticulture: the word is derived from the Latin noun 'hortus,' meaning 'garden,' and the Latin verb 'colere,' meaning 'to foster, maintain or cultivate.' 'Colere' evolved into the word 'culture' in Middle English, and to this day culture is what we use to describe the life around us.
By surrounding ourselves with the culture of the garden, whatever you deem a garden, we are able to be in touch the closest thing to Nature itself.
